Have had plenty of positive physio experiences at Pivotal with Marissa, Mirelle and Robyn.

Massage was great from Shantel yesterday too, feeling great. 10/10 facility and people, great place to go.

The facilities itself are nice, and clean. I just felt really uncomfortable there. I didnt feel like there was any effort made to help me feel comfortable. I’ve never been to physio before so I was a bit nervous.

There are a bunch of beds lined up against the wall and there isn’t any dividers between unless you ask for the curtains to be closed (but of course everything is still heard). I had to disclose which medications I take just out in the open for anyone to hear which made me feel uncomfortable.

I had my session with Robyn. I wouldn’t suggest her personally. I do believe she knows her stuff but I was very uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. I heard a different patient with their therapist and I remember wishing I was placed with her instead because she was much more welcoming and friendly. I think I would’ve been able to take more from the experience if I felt more comfortable.

The owner contacted me to apologize for my experience. They also let me know that they do have private rooms available for those who prefer a more private area.

The owner was also kind enough to suggest some other options for good Physio places in the area.

I want to thank Raj for helping my partner with a surprise knee dislocation on the golf course over the weekend.

It was an emergency situation and Raj was extremely calm and helpful in assisting my partner with his injury while we waited for the ambulance to arrive. From our interaction I could tell that he is an excellent physiotherapist and very experienced. (I’ve seen a LOT of physios over the years)

My partner especially appreciated that Raj asked for his consent before touching his injured leg. If we lived closer to the clinic I wouldn’t hesitate to go there!

It was my first time doing Physiotherapy and Evan took away any apprehension I may have had. He really seemed interested in talking to me about my background and experience and why I was there. He assessed me and gave me a series of exercises to follow until my next appointment. He was very personable, engaging, easy to understand and relate to. I'm looking forward to working with him in the future.

Robyn was awesome with a shoulder injury I had in the past and was awesome again helping me diagnose and fix a different issue I am working through. I thought the first session was going to be just a consult but it was consult plus treatment. Would highly recommend.

I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Tamara Babic and the rest of the team that always made us feel welcome and comfortable.
My husband had pains that didn't fit any regular diagnosis, yet Dr. Tamara rose to the challenge. She thoroughly examined, she researched, she checked in, she was completely transparent with us - and she got it right! After getting test results her theory was confirmed. Between the initial visit to the clinic and the final one, she took the greatest care of my husband, her treatments and recommendations always seemed to improve how he felt. She even spent personal time to fill in extra paperwork requested by his workplace. Overall Dr. Tamara was absolutely lovely to meet, we felt totally taken care of by her and we trust her implicitly.

2 for 2! This is the second time I have had treatment by Dr. Tamara Babic and both times had a successful outcome.
Dr. Babic is thorough and looks for all possibilities and causes of the issue. She determines the best treatment at hand and is will even change up a bit as you progress through treatment.
I will never trust anyone more with my back issues.
