My wife goes through a physiotherapy treatment at Be Active and I thought of trying the therapeutic massage here. Booking an appointment was very easy! Vince is awesome with his work as a registered massage therapist! He took a couple of minutes to understand my situation - persistent back pain from sitting at work all day. He worked on my back during the first visit and it was magic! Back felt so relaxed! During the second visit, he worked on the full body - again, felt so relaxed. Vince knows his subject well, is very thorough with the treatment and careful with the pressure and keeps a check every few minutes. Also, great conversations during the treatment! I have already booked myself for every month until year end. The front staff is great, too! All other professionals are always smiling and welcoming. The clinic gives good vibes!

I’ve had the pleasure of getting several massages this summer from the RMT at BeActive Physio, Vincent, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is not only exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in his field, but also brings a rare warmth to his sessions. Milay at BeActive Physio has been incredible for healing my knee. He is so knowledgeable, and skilled in what he does. He gave me hope that I will be able to achieve my running goals.

Dr. Junmo Lee is very professional and good. I went with chronic shoulder and neck pain, with patience and good techniques in each session he managed to make me feel relief and my pain is decreasing. He is very friendly and nice.

I went to BeActive Physio due to Vincent. Vincent was my massage therapist back in 2020 in Brampton. He was the individual that helped me heal from my back pain and the knots in my back from a car crash I had in 2019. He has one of the kindest personalities but also is one of the most talented massage therapists. When he moved from Brampton to Oakville, I had to start trying out different masseuses near my area due to the commute. I have tried over 10 different massage therapists and get a massage whenever I travel. However, no one has been able to help me heal like he has. He will listen to your concerns and will then tell you why there is pain in a specific area and will suggest exercises to assist in reducing it while healing it himself. I started working in Mississauga and was ecstatic to find out he was only a 15 minute commute away. I immediately booked an appointment. He is still the best massage therapist and I would recommend booking him since the techniques he use don't just alleviate your pain for a short term period but I can feel a difference in my body even weeks after.

I was almost giving up until one day I heard about this clinic from a friend, who is a physician. I gave it a try and I’m really glad that I did. Sanket is a wonderful physiotherapist. His dry needling skills are like magic! Every needle makes a difference, and I finally feel that my body is getting the treatments it need. I highly recommend this clinic.
