Went in there with severe pain and even called ahead of time of a specific manipulation I needed, and they assured me they could help. Got to appt and the person who could do this was not there. Cash pay was 60 dollars but since I had insurance they then billed my insurance $385 dollars for one visit then ten months later and charged me a 50 copay. I do not recommend this place for these reasons. Buyer Beware. OBTW I even talked to the Owner there that day and he assured me I would not be billed for this mix up. Fraud

I have suffered from chronic pain conditions for nearly 20 years; I've had many major surgeries and I've been to countless different adjunctive treatment clinics (chiropractor, kinesiology, acupuncture, pressure point therapy, orthobionomy, traditional physical therapy and more) so I am an experienced reviewer on this topic. Manual Edge is bar none the most effective and gentle treatment I've ever experienced. After I had back-to-back neck fusions I ended up with nerve pain and damage in my left upper extremities which persisted well over 6 months and I didn't think I'd ever get relief. During my first round of treatment with Teresa I was cured! I noticed a reduction in symptoms after my first appointment and it just kept improving until it just went away. Now I get treatment for my whole body as I have progressive degenerative arthritis and inflammation in most of my joints and it only takes 1 treatment to feel better. This is not a gym environment and it doesn't hurt! The exercises are easy and gentle as well. They take all insurance, even Medicaid, and the staff are so pleasant and helpful. If you are having surgery make sure your surgeon refers to you to Manual Edge and if you suffer from chronic health conditions you must give them a try, I guarantee you'll be just as impressed and grateful as I am.
Hands on Healing is a wonderful alternative to traditional physical therapy, I actually look forward to going!
Manual Edge is the only thing that has helped me with my pain and inflammation symptoms and I am so grateful for the awesome care. If you have neck problems you've got to see Teresa she has like 30 years of experience, she's very gentle and a really cool person?

This is by far the best physical therapy place I’ve ever been to. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and always provides the best service. My family and I have been coming to Manual edge for a while now and I would absolutely recommend anyone to come here!

This clinic took me from a very dark place to having hope. I suffer from a chronic pelvic pain condition called Pudendal Neuralgia. This condition can be very hard to treat and before finding Kristina Koch, Pelvic Floor Therapy, and Tim Bonach, PT, I felt my situation was hopeless and contemplated giving up. Between these therapists, I have regained some of the quality of my life. I know in their care I will only continue to improve. They have a wealth of knowledge and compassion and always do everything in their power to help me continue improving. I do not know where I would be today without them. From the time you are greeted at the door by their amazing front desk staff to their office manager, Jess, you will always feel like you are in good, caring hands. I cannot recommend this clinic enough and will be forever grateful that they have chosen to help others in this field.

Everyone at Manual Edge has always been welcoming and kind. The front office staff is always helpful when it comes to scheduling. Ethan has been an amazing therapist as part of my TMJ treatment. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and helped me in regaining full range of motion of my jaw.

My experience at Manual Edge Physiotherapy has been remarkable. I’ve worked with both Val and with Tim. I’ve struggled with physical issues for several years including joint and muscle damage, a history of several surgeries, muscle spasms, severe insomnia, and chronic pain. When I began this therapy, positive change occurred almost immediately. All in all, a tremendous amount of tension throughout my body has been released. It has truly been life-changing. Chronic pain has diminished considerably. Muscle movement is better. Headaches are fewer. Even anxiety has been greatly reduced. Finally, I really appreciate professionalism of my therapists, Tim and Val, as well as all of the staff at the front desk. Everyone has been thoughtful, respectful, and patient. The genuine hope for more healing, fewer medications, and pain-free living has been refreshing. Thank you, Manual Edge Physiotherapy.

Just wanted to say again how helpful manual edge therapy is and their staff. I have many health issues and my main therapist, Val, always helps… every session (not just here or there), is impactful to my daily life and discomfort levels. The front staff is nearly always helpful. Today they played a neutral part in helping when someone had a question about my vehicle and dog; so neutrality and keeping me informed. Unfortunately, life can get complicated as quickly as people are judgmental so I appreciate very much the staff that is hired as the face in front of manual edge therapy. Thank you.

Wow this was one of the best experiences at a physical therapy office I’ve ever had, I have been to a lot. The front desk people are so welcoming they make you feel like family. It helps you not be quit as embarrassed why you’re there.
Alexy Woodward is my hero she’s kind and gentle. Very professional. She explains why what I was doing was wrong and taught me how to do it right. At 57 years old I couldn’t believe I was pooping all wrong my whole life. ? thank you Manual Edge physical therapy for changing my life. ?

I had physical therapy for two months before I found Manual Edge Physiotherapy. I had expressed to my previous physical therapist that I did not feel like I was making progress and they just kept assuring me I was doing great. At my doctor visit, he told me to go to another therapist since I was not making progress like I should.
Daria Malliesky, DPT, helped me make more progress in 2 sessions than I had in the 2 previous months at the other place! She identified what kind of treatment I needed to progress and has a great professional demeanor and is very knowledgeable. I am very pleased I found her and am excited I continue to improve after every session.
