Stayed here in February 2024. We found it to be a great place to stay. Very clean rooms, good showers, friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast. The boot room is well equipped with plenty of room on the heated boot rack.
The rooms are basic, but ours has enough room, a tv, a nice window with a view of the slopes, more than enough plug sockets, and it was really clean. The shower was powerful and hot.
In terms of location, it is superbly situated for the Nassereinlift. It’s like a 3 minute walk. It’s also ideally placed for some good bars and restaurants like Theo’s, the pizzeria and the Irish bar. It is the opposite end of town to the likes of the Mooserwirt and Base camp, but otherwise it’s perfect. It’s about 5 minutes or so to the centre. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Whilst it's not a 5* luxury hotel it does just want we need for a ski holiday. VERY Comfy beds, good showers, welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet had a good range, ski storage and heated BOOT room. A sauna for those who need. Worth knowing there's no kettle in the rooms if you need hot drinks other than at breakfast.
Close to the slopes and a gondola about a 6 minute walk in ski boots taking the path by the car park.

Like it says above great value for money B&B accommodation about a 2 to 3 minute walk from one of the lift bases. Clean but basic, good breakfast, nice staff. Others have mentioned small boot room, but I had no issues. ||||If you're looking for luxury, pay luxury prices and want to be pampered, look elsewhere. If you want to be right on the ski hub, be heartily fed, have somewhere clean and nice to lay your head, it's here. Nice staff and great position. Highly Recommended

Breakfast is really good with a hot and cold option. Rooms are basic and a bit dated. It was quite noisy when we stayed with a large group clattering in after 11pm bringing Skis and boots upstairs when there is a boot and ski room in the basement. It's a good option if you want to stay in St Anton on a budget and aren't going to spend too much time at the hotel.
Good position from Nasseirein lift and only 10mins walk from the centre.

First Crystal ski chalet holiday and what a disaster! Here’s why!||The Chalet was untidy with clutter and junk in communal areas (in and around the reception), outside the chalet is just as bad and it just looks like a dump, the whole place needs a good clean worse bit was the bathroom in my room which was full of hair in the shower plug hole so the water would not drain away properly. Rooms were half hearted cleaned twice but the bins were not emptied when we presented our bins to the chalet manager Murray, the response was we were to busy to do them because we had a wine delivery! Not a valid excuse or acceptable. Towels were changed on the Thursday when really the should of been changed mid week? Stairs/ boot room dirty and the whole place stinks of damp musty conditions! ||||The breakfasts were very poor just needed a little bit more effort and the cooked options would of been fine (poached eggs/ tomatoes swimming in water just spoils the rest of the breakfast) the continental option including bread was minimal and a joke, little bits of bread chopped up isn’t acceptable. Evening meals were fine with a good variety of meals which I think saved the chalet holiday thank you Peter! ||||I totally understand the way staff in chalets work but you are there to work and not to just be on holiday which is the impression given to me and my skiing party! The 4 chalet hosts were nice friendly people but they just need managing and guiding on what to do in their jobs which I don’t think Murray is doing very well at all. ||The Crystal resort rep was crap as we didn’t see him all week which I think is poor on Crystal.||||The alarming thing was that one of the chalet hosts gave the master key out to another guest so other guests could of robbed us if they wished!! ||||Hired ski equipment was fine and all ran smoothly with ease.||||I ski 2 or 3 times a season so have done a lot of ski holidays and this was by far the worse experience I’ve ever had! I own a guest house and work in the travel industry and if I ran my business like this I wouldn’t survive. ||||St Anton is a awesome place for challenging skiing and a epic Apres ski with some very nice restaurants to eat in, I would definitely visit the resort again just not with Crystal ski! ||||Sorry Crystal I’m not happy and I felt people should know the truth when spending £1300 each.

So I just got back from the trip and I feel like tirolerhaus is a very nice and cosy chalet and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was very good including a good selection with a lot of fresh fruit. The staff at the chalet were very nice and helpful like Dmitri who helped me a lot. Nice experience

Stayed here at the end of Feb and loved it. The accommodation is of a good standard, the food was very good especially for a ski chalet (lamb shank was my favorite) and the staff were all very friendly and willing to give tips on things to do during a day out on the slopes. It's not that far from the lifts as others have suggested (5 mins) but if need be there is a free bus 50 yards don the road. I also recommend the Keller bar for live music as you make the short walk from the nearest lift (it's half way home) straight of the slopes, which is a great start to the Apre! If you like football Theo's bar is a good place to watch it and again it's only a few minutes from the chalet. I loved my week here and will certainly be back....also found St Anton to be a great weeks skiing and the apre is also good if you want to get involved.
