Fantastic counselor, very helpful and open. Truly blessed to have found her in my time of need. I've been going for over a year and she's been nothing but professional, caring, and non-judgmental. I'm guessing the person that had the issue didn't like what she had to say based on being the bad person in his relationship. She's Ivy league educated too, so questioning her PhD is hilarious and absurd. Even the best counselors can't heal degenerates it seems.

She is definitely not the cream of the crop like her colleague says in the review below, she is completely the opposite. She is biased using her bad past personal experiences imagining the patient is exactly the way she imagines. She does not spend time trying to understand what you've been through, she does not assess you, she labels you using the first thing that comes to her mind and gets stuck with it. She is rude and disrespectful. She makes you feel guilty for the wrong reasons creating more discord in the relationship in my case. She is supposedly very well trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy however is does not appear anywhere in their referral network. Hard to believe she has a Phd. I invite people to stay away of these type of "professionals" there are better options out there. I have provided my review in the BCBS network as well.

Update: It is pathetic, sad and degenerate that Carol Phelps had to create a fake account as Rob C to defend herself from the truth. My review is real and it is available through BCBS, is totally laughable she is an Ivy League student, wherever she went to did not give her the right social skills and the necessary compassion to be a good psychologist I invite all BCBS beneficiaries to find my review there. I am very fortunate to have found a much better Psychologist who is actually in the Gottman network unlike Carol otherwise I do not think I would be divorced but I would have problems that created by an unprofessional failed pseudo-psychologist.
