I wonder why there is only one review for this magnificent institution!
It all started with a reply from Mr. Reiter to the job application of my wife for the post of a Nurse, in 2019 December. The reply was bit different with an element of guidance and care which encouraged my wife to continue the communication.
Later she was directed to Ms. Kapur- Ghelani, an outstanding person with crystal clarity in her views and opinion. My wife used to share her enthusiasm and developments after each mail from Ms. Ghelani. When she was redirected to Ms. Eva to proceed further with the application process, I still remember the pale face of my wife, just like a kid who missed her favorite teacher.
But here comes the person of classic follow up, timely reply, continuous consolation and the reason for the alive status of my wife's application still in this 2022. I have come to know that there were more than 200 email communications between them! Ms. Eva was kind enough to answer my wife's silly but complicated queries before the day ends. Now the process is roaming around Austrian embassy for the last many months.
We experienced the hell waiting to get an appointment form the Austrian embassy, New Delhi, no adjectives to explain the uncertainty and delay to get a decision. I wish the embassy and consulate people would have learn from the team members of Humanocare and adapt the work culture and professionalism which they are owning.
Initially the process got delayed due to the pandemic, now it is the turn of some other political issues and we are not sure about when my wife reach Austria, even we don't know whether it happen. But I have to mention this mind blowing experience which hides all the hardships we have faced for the last couple of years.
