Movement Physio and Wellness

I attended an education session when I learned of this place. It is nice to know that what you experiencing is not normal and you can be fixed. My sessions with Danielle has not only educated me but also makes me aware of my body. I highly recommend Danielle and MP&W for your pelvic floor PT. Hopefully in the future insurance companies will be willing to pay more in such a valuable type of care and prevention.

My first session with Alexis at Movement Physio and Wellness was amazing! I felt like she really listened to me about the areas I was experiencing pain and put a lot of care into the wellness plan. The office is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! I worked with Dr. Danielle for several months, starting when I was seven months postpartum and still experiencing some overall pain and discomfort. Everyone in this office is so friendly. It's such a welcoming, safe, personable environment and they are so dedicated to get you where you want to be. I've seen many different PT's for different injuries over my adult life and can honestly say I've never felt more heard and listened to then I have with Danielle and team. Whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or neither, and need some help and support with your pelvic floor, this place is FOR YOU! I will certainly be coming back for future pregnancies.

As a physical therapist myself, I know a good PT and a good PT clinic when I see one. Movement Physio and Wellness has been nothing but incredible. From a friendly welcome, to long appointment times, and feeling wildly better in just a few sessions. I really enjoy working with Danielle and always feeling like I learned something new about my pelvic floor. Since starting pelvic floor PT with Danielle, I feel stronger and more stable as a runner but even more so as a future momma! Highly recommend Movement Physio and Wellness!

For the first time in 19 years I feel hope that my DR will heal and I’ll gain my abdominal strength again. I gave birth 3 times, and have not been able to address my abdominal separation effectively, I was very discouraged, until recently. It was important to me to find a PT who specializes in diastases recti and pelvic floor issues. Dr. Andrea is just what I needed. She is supportive, smart and knows what she is working with. She is treating my issues as an individual, and ‘m very grateful to have found movement physio.

Dr. Kayla is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and has taught me so much about my own body and post-pregnancy changes, that even as a medical professional, I wasn’t aware of! She has a calming and caring presence. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She has developed a perfectly tailored PT plan for where I am in my life right now in regards to time/lifestyle/future goals that is feasible and effective. I am feeling fantastic and I’m sure it will only get better from here!
