I’ve rehabbed twice with Ally & Tim. Once for a re-torn meniscus & most recently for an ankle replacement. It was a rough year not only physically but mentally & emotionally. Ally & Tim have taken such great care of me, gotten me through pain, and helped put some anxiety & fears to rest. When I felt like my body was falling apart & I couldn’t trust it, they both helped me switch gears in their own unique ways.
One of my goals at the beginning of ankle rehab was to be able to do an unassisted yogi squat. My ankle replacement was 12/7/23. The video below was 6/20/24. Ally understood why this particular pose and goal was so important to me. She helped me in so many ways to get here. I am beyond grateful to have her on my team. She is really helping me transform my body. Thrilled to be back to working with these magnificent animals. Thank you thank you thank you

I've had a great experience with Physio Room - Highlands Ranch! The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've had a couple of issues as I've progressed with my CrossFit training and Dr. Ally has been amazing in addressing the root cause of my knee pain and my other issues. She does a detailed movement and mobility assessment to identify the cause of the issue and prescribes focused strength training and mobility programs to help me reach my goals, I've seen a lot of progress and will continue to go to Dr. Ally!

I have been seeing Physio Room for years and love Dr. Chris Robl and considering him a great friend. This past year I have been dealing with a back injury that has almost stopped me from working out completely. I am an avid cyclist and in the gym every day. To not work out because of this injury was devastating mentally. I eventually started working with Seher V. She has helped me overcome not just the negative mental aspect but has me back in the gym doing the things I love. Week by week I have seen my back progress and met a great PT in the meantime. The work she does for women with pelvic floor is AMAZING!!! It is so nice to have a female to work with that understands our bodies and make us feel comfortable working on things we don't always love to talk about. I would recommend to her to anyone!!

They've helped me to strengthen basically every part of my body so that I can return to running without pelvic floor pain, back pain, or any nagging injuries. Physio Room is the best!! My son and I have seen several PTs here, and they are all incredible. Dr. Chris is currently working with my son, and he is an amazing PT- he always comes up with different, fun exercises to keep him engaged. The office manager, Alex, is so welcoming and friendly, and the facility is super nice and clean. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Chris!
